Joe Soto

Boxing Coach | Personal Trainer

Joe has been a boxing coach for over 15 years, and has worked with groups, 1-on-1s, and kids. He is a certified vinyasa flow Yoga instructor, with 3 1/2 years experience and certified in Pilates with 2 1/2 years experience. In 2016, he became certified as a personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE), and enjoys incorporating fitness drills into boxing regimens.

Joe is a proud Marine Corps veteran, having served 12 years active duty, and claims, this is where his passion for fitness began.
