HIIT Interval Training
The HIIT Interval Training class is a 45-minute class consisting of strength, cardio, and weight training—using proper form, building strength and endurance, and tone your body to the way you always wanted. This class includes timed rounds using treadmills, rowers, weights to work on your weight loss, explosiveness, and stamina while getting ripped and becoming stronger.
